Christi went above and beyond every step of the way for my home buying journey. I literally could not have done it without her. Not only was I a first time home buyer, but I was buying from out of state. Christi would visit houses for me and take videos when I was unable to go, meet with me on short notice to see houses, and even go with me to other cities in Oregon to tour homes. She had so much insight into not only the Eugene and surrounding areas, but Oregon and the housing market in general. With her help I was able to find the perfect house for me. Not only was she super helpful and communicative, but she was a trusted agent and friend every step of the way. I could always rely on her to be honest with me and put my interests first. During the actual home buying process, we hit just about every speed bump imaginable. Issues with banks, addendums, and all the like. That said, Christi was an absolute asset each step of the way, helping to make sure this deal got done and to my benefit. It took some time but thanks to her help we closed on the house! She's even been very helpful post closing. I'm not exaggerating when I say this whole process would have been 10x harder without her, and I can't imagine doing it with any other agent and wouldn't want to. I can't recommend her enough!
